Entry Level
The Account Executive is the primary source for all customers in the retail setting. They must have a detailed knowledge of our products and services, understand the strategies we use to bring those products and services to market, and maintain compliance in every customer interaction.
Corporate Trainer
The Corporate Trainer steps into more of a leadership role overseeing a team and managing numerous campaigns in the region they operate in. It is the responsibility of the Corporate Trainer to develop the Account Executives by educating them on our award-winning system so they further contribute to the growth of the business.
Assistant Director
The Campaign Manager shifts thier focus to the backend workings of the company learning how to manage payroll and how to control the budget. The main goal of the Campaign Manager is expansion. Our multinational client partners expect us to continually grow their footprint, so it is the Campaign Manager's responsibility to learn how to collaborate with the clients and develop the skillset necessary to run their own office.
Director
The Market Manager is in charge of overseeing all in-store marketing campaigns in the region, discovering creative ways to maintain the positive brand image of our clients in the minds of the customers, and ensuring that their team performs in a way that is compliant with the standards of our company, the retail stores we partner with and the clients. We solely promote from within allowing for us to continually deliver results year after year.
Junior Director
The Junior Director spearheads team leadership and territory expansion, managing five representatives and focusing on enhancing market presence. Tasked with driving growth, this role combines strategy in financial oversight and campaign management to bolster the company’s expansion. The Junior Director is key to navigating profitability and fostering client collaborations, aiming to elevate our footprint in the industry.
